Common Faults

When the hammer mill running long, some common faults come. And generally, they are very easy to resolve. Here list some reasens and removal methods of the common faults:

1. Discharging size too large.
Reasons: 1) Wear a big hammer; 2) screening of the fracture.
Removal Method: 1) Replacement of hammerhead, 2) replacement of the screen.

2. Flexible coupling a percussion sound.
Reasons: 1) Pin loose; 2) flexible ring wear.
Removal Method: 1) Parking and nut tightening Pin; 2) replacement of flexibility laps.

3. Bearing overheating.
Reasons: 1) lack of grease; 2) too much grease; 3) Grease filthy degenerate; 4) bearing damage.
Removal Method: 1) add the appropriate Grease; 2) Bearing Run fat should be space for the volume of 50%; 3) Cleaning bearings, the replacement of grease; 4) the replacement bearings.

4. Fault phenomenon: the machine generated internally percussion sound.
Reasons: 1) access of non-crushing machine internal; 2) liner fasteners relaxation, in the hammer hit liner; 3) hammer or other parts of the fissure.
Removal Method: 1) Parking, cleaning up broken cavity; 2) Check the liner and fastening of the hammer and the clearance between the screen; 3) replacement parts fracture.

5. Fault phenomenon: the sudden vibration.
Reasons: 1) Replacement of the hammerhead or cone when the first rotor wear static equilibrium substandard; 2) hammerhead broken and rotor imbalance; 3) pin bending, breaking; 4) Triangle Park disk or disk cracks; 5 ) Anchor Bolt umbrella.
Removal Method: 1) hammerhead unloaded by the weight of choice hammer, hammer each axis with the total weight of the hammer relative hammer axis equal to the total weight of the hammer, namely, static equilibrium meet the requirement; 2) Replacement of hammerhead; 3) replacement of Pin; 4) welding repair or replacement; 5) Retention Anchor Bolt.
